Only genuine and verified properties with complete and accurate details should be listed on Mossco Realty, with prior owner consent or proper source confirmation. Fake, duplicate, sold, or disputed properties must not be uploaded. Brokers are expected to coordinate buyer enquiries, site visits, and follow-ups professionally, disclose all key details clearly (location, price, dimensions, approvals, and property status), and close deals on a side-by-side commission basis with clear understanding among all involved parties.
